FlierShip Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility
A Sender may request a refund if:
- A Flier cancels before the exchange
- The Flier does not appear for the agreed-upon meeting
- No service was provided
Refunds are not granted when:
- The Sender cancels after the Flier has already adjusted travel
- The exchange was completed
- The user violates our Terms
Platform Fees
FlierShip may withhold service fees from refunds to cover payment processing and platform operation costs.
Disputes
Users must contact support@fliership.com with evidence. FlierShip may request additional documentation.
