FlierShip Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

A Sender may request a refund if:

  • A Flier cancels before the exchange
  • The Flier does not appear for the agreed-upon meeting
  • No service was provided

Refunds are not granted when:

  • The Sender cancels after the Flier has already adjusted travel
  • The exchange was completed
  • The user violates our Terms

Platform Fees

FlierShip may withhold service fees from refunds to cover payment processing and platform operation costs.


Disputes

Users must contact support@fliership.com with evidence. FlierShip may request additional documentation.
