Welcome to FlierShip (“FlierShip”, “we”, “our”, “the Platform”). FlierShip is a software marketplace designed to connect individuals seeking assistance transporting items (“Senders”) with independent travelers (“Fliers”). By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

FlierShip does not ship, deliver, transport, or handle items. All assistance is provided solely by independent users.

2. Nature of the Platform

FlierShip provides:

• A listing and matching system for requests
• Secure payment processing as a marketplace intermediary
• Communication tools
• Identity verification tools

We do not control, supervise, or direct Fliers, nor do we guarantee the completion of any arrangement between users.

All users act as independent individuals.

3. User Accounts

To use FlierShip, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Comply with our identity verification requirements

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

4. Marketplace Responsibilities

Senders and Fliers are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate request or travel information
• Ensuring that items exchanged comply with the law
• Coordinating all meeting points and handoffs
• Completing the agreed-upon exchange

FlierShip is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, damage, or delays
• The conduct or actions of users
• Any exchange or arrangement between users

5. Payments

FlierShip uses Stripe to facilitate payments between users. Payments are released to Fliers only after the Sender confirms completion.

FlierShip does not authorize, execute, or control the physical exchange of items.

6. Prohibited Items

Users may not request assistance for any restricted, illegal, or dangerous items. FlierShip reserves the right to remove listings that violate laws or our policies.

7. Disputes Between Users

FlierShip may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to mediate. Users are encouraged to document exchanges carefully.

8. Platform Fees

FlierShip charges service fees for maintaining the marketplace and processing payments.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, policies, or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

FlierShip is not liable for:

• Any loss of items
• Delays or failure to complete exchanges
• Actions or omissions of users

Users agree that FlierShip is a facilitator only.
